James E. Shreiner is the retired Senior Executive Vice President and senior Administrative services officer for Fulton Financial Corporation, the parent company of Fulton Bank. Fulton Financial has $17 billion in assets and owns six banking institutions located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.
Richard D. Poole graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1967 with a Bachelor of Science and from the University of Michigan in 1971 with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer.
