Dwight is the Director of Membership Services at The High Center and an Elizabethtown College graduate, class of ’78. A Sales Executive with 30+ years of successful business experience and with proven skill sets to plan, organize, and accomplish mutually agreed upon goals. A Sales Executive who is driven to excel and has played a key role in helping others excel and advance to the next level. Also, is adept at developing successful Sales and Marketing strategies, which are grounded in careful research of the target markets.
Most recently Dwight was Vice President of Sales with ALP Industries in Lancaster, PA. Developed a formal Sales structure for the Sales Team of 25 for the USA. Helped the HR Department to write a 4-stage New Hiring process to reduce turnover and improve the quality of Sales Candidates on the Sales Team. Wrote, organized, and conducted a National Sales Meeting for the entire Sales Team & Sales Management held at the Lancaster Barnstormers – to educate, instruct and coach the Team on – Time & Territory Management, Selling Skills, Account Management and Presentation Skills. The Sales Plan was a 36-page workbook given to each Salesperson. The Results = Year-end Sales increased for the entire Company for the first time in 5 years! He has held a series of management positions, including Division President, VP of Sales and Marketing, and Regional Sales Manager.
Dwight has several sales accomplishments and awards. In July 2014, he received the Impact Award from the Executive Team at Stock Building Supply, January 2012, Nominated for “Distributor of the Year” Lammy Award by NALFA. Armstrong President Award Winner – The Company’s highest sales award given nationwide to the best sales representative and “Distributor of the Year” for MacMillan Bloedel = 3 straight years led the nation by selling over 1 million square feet of Multiply underlayment products.
