Throughout my career,  I have always been drawn to customer service related jobs, mostly because of my love for helping others.  I have had a wide range of work experience, all of which have been very meaningful to me and have better prepared me for my role as the Program & Member Development Manager to The High Center.  My passion for helping people makes working in The High Center even more exciting, as I am able to communicate with and assist our members on a regular basis.  Great satisfaction has resulted in my career as a result of, my attention to detail, strong values and hard work ethic.

I studied for two years at Germanna Community College in Fredericksburg, Virginia and then transferred to SouthEastern Academy in Kissimmee, Florida earning my degree in Hotel and Travel Industry Management.  In the early 1980’s through the 1990’s I was active in the travel industry, working for American Airlines in customer service management and as a corporate and group specialty travel agent.  During the late 1990’s, I went back to school and obtained my license as a medical transcriptionist and was employed in the Orthopedic Department at Hershey Medical Center.  I feel blessed to have worked at Elizabethtown College for over a decade; joining the college in 2007 and then in my current position for the High Center since 2012.  My days are filled with managing the office, event planning and helping our High Center members to understand and to navigate our three core services: Ownership Planning Tools, Leadership Speaker Series and Executive Peer Groups.
