Join us to engage in discussion on the importance of a Board of Directors demonstrated through the story of HB McClure circa 2007.   This event is established for the purpose of educating Presidents, CEOs and Owners to both encourage the establishment of new Boards and/or improve existing Boards.

Attendees will receive a case study (written and podcast) based on interviews with HB McClure’s Board members between 2002 and 2007 in advance of the Event.  From this case study you can raise questions to the moderator for processing on March 19^th.
