Andrea Hobkirk, True Edge Performance Solutions

Dr. Andrea Hobkirk is a licensed psychologist, business psychologist, and behavioral scientist. As a faculty member at Penn State’s College of Medicine, she directs a research laboratory aimed at understanding and treating substance use and mental health disorders. As a consultant with True Edge Performance Solutions, she helps business owners develop their employees through coaching and assessments. Andrea has a decade of experience using her background in psychology to secure funding for her research through federal and foundation grants.
