Haydn will use humor and pointed examples to show you how to apply a five-step process to the twelve sticking points where five generations tend to come apart in the workplace; attitudes, loyalty, social media, respect and feedback, among others.

For twenty-five years Haydn Shaw has helped managers and  organizations raise their generational IQ so they can deal with  the multigenerational workforce and then know how to make the  change they need to get results. He is the author of Sticking Points: How to Get 4 Generations Working Together in the 12 Places  They Come Apart, 2nd edition and the best-selling workshops Leading Across Generations and Working Across Generations. He  also writes on generations and leadership for the Huffington  Post. He is finishing a course on Uncomplicating Change.
