W. Henry Yaeger is an executive committee member of the Private Directors Association. PDA is a nonprofit organization of, by and for private company business owners, their executives, and directors. Their mandate is to define and model private company excellence for family businesses and ESOPs of all levels of revenue generation. Henry is also a board director with more than 25 years of oversight experience including as an executive with Global and Fortune 500 companies, a strategic advisor to mid-sized businesses, and as an investor in early-stage technology startups. He has served as an independent director for a third-generation family business and as board member or trustee on several non-profit boards.
Robert “Rob” Vowler provides advisory services to family businesses. He specializes in assisting family and privately held businesses with creating, staffing and implementing a board of directors. Rob is a business advisor and experienced board member based in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He is the former CEO of Hershey Trust Company, the parent company of Milton S. Hershey’s business enterprises. The Trust administers the estate and philanthropies of Mr. Hershey and provides trust and investment management services to individuals.
