Roger is founder and CEO of North Group Consultants. In this role, he is primarily responsible for North Group’s cultural commitments, community connections and business development. In addition to those leadership responsibilities, he continues to consult on issues related to organizational health and performance, ownership and leadership transition and executive growth/development. Roger holds a B. S. In Business Administration from Messiah College. He is a graduate of Leadership Lancaster and the Excellence in Speaking Institute. His professional experience includes over 40 years in organizational development, leadership and sales.

Nikki Shingle, Consultant

As a consultant at North Group Consultants, Nikki is energized by the opportunity to encourage and support others in making positive contributions to our communities. Over the course of more than two decades, Nikki has served purpose-driven professional organizations as a leader and service provider. In her most recent role, she had the privilege of leading a team of financial consultants at Everence, where they served non-profit organizations, businesses, and churches in Central Pennsylvania. Additionally, she contributed to the growth of the organization’s services and the charitable foundation. Nikki’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Messiah University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Leadership from Shippensburg University.

Dan Burkholder, Consultant

Dan is passionate about connecting with others, listening to their stories, and helping them navigate their personal and professional journeys. His career has been shaped by this deep commitment to understanding where people have come from, where they aspire to go, and helping them get there.

Dan’s empathy and insight have driven his work in prior leadership roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a concentration in management from the University of Pennsylvania. In his role at North Group, Dan is driven by a desire to deliver eternal truths and create meaningful interactions. He approaches his work with humility, focusing on helping others reach their aspirations while fostering genuine connections that leave a lasting impact.
