She guides Compass Point clients through the collaborative process of building a strategic plan, creating a governance structure, as well as developing the operational processes a family business needs to scale its growth and plan for ownership transition in the future.

From 2003-2016, Matthew held various leadership positions at EXTOL International, culminating his role as Chief Operating Officer, where he managed Sales, Product Development, and Services. Matthew earned a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, and Communication from Bryant University (2003) and a Corporate Leadership Certificate from Dale Carnegie & Associates (2008). Him and his family reside in New Ringgold, Pennsylvania, where they run a farm.
