Ryan Walter:
Ryan Walter is Managing Director & Head of Sales for ProCFO Partners. Ryan joined ProCFO Partners in 2023 to build and lead the Mid-Atlantic region. Throughout his career Ryan has been passionate about delivering organizational transformation through alignment, partnerships, and collaboration. A strategic thinker and planner with a bias toward execution and results, he focuses on change management, realigning operations, and improving processes to deliver noteworthy performance, operational efficiency, and growth strategies that set companies up for long-term success.
Kaitlin Wolfert:
Dr. Kaitlin Wolfert is a Family Business Consultant at Compass Point Family Business Consulting. She is a Gravitas Impact (™) Business Coach and facilitator of the Immunity to Change coaching framework. Kaitlin earned her PhD in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University, following a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Masters of Arts in Counseling in Higher Education both from University of Delaware. Kaitlin has created and facilitated leadership development programs for 15 years. Her favorite part of leadership development work is when participants experience a “lightbulb” moment and walk away having made meaning of their experience. Kaitlin is a member of Philaldelphia’s POWER Women in Leadership and In the Mix, a co-ed a cappella group based in Philadelphia. In her spare time, she loves to work out, cook, bake, read, and spend time with friends and family.
