Planning for next year results can be complex. Developing a solid handle on the components driving a successful business plan is critical. In addition to ensuring more predictable results for ownership or the board, doing so effectively can ensure that those throughout the organization know how to impact these results positively. The panel discussion will lead attendees through the evaluation of Key Performance Indicators by professionals in financial and organizational management. They will be supported from a CEO’s insights by delivering on these practices in operation at nationally prominent organization from the Capital Region, The Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet.
