Michael McAllister, Partner

Michael McAllister is a Partner at RKL LLP. RKL is a CPA Accounting and Business Consulting firm that helps organizations and individuals take on everyday challenges and opportunities while preparing them for whatever comes next in their organizations or lives.
With more than 28 years of experience in accounting and computer science, Michael builds the knowledge bridge between the financial aspects of accounting, and the information technology systems and controls that support each process.
Michael serves clients in a variety of industries, ranging from manufacturing to retail, technology and financial institutions, bringing an extensive background in resolving information security and financial audit risks. The core services provided by Michael and his team include: information technology internal audits; IT governance, reevaluation and design; and QA/IV&V (Quality Assurance, Independent Verification and Validation) engagements.
Nate Shea, Founder/CEO
SecureStrux
Nathan Shea is the founder and chief executive officer of SecureStrux, LLC, and oversees the strategic direction of the Pennsylvania-based cybersecurity firm. SecureStrux is a recognized leader in providing cybersecurity services to the Department of Defense (DoD) and its suppliers. Nathan established the company in 2013 and brings over two decades of cybersecurity, business, strategic planning, and operational experience across several industries to the SecureStrux team.
Prior to establishing SecureStrux and during the early days of starting the company, Nathan led Vulnerability Assessment Teams and helped develop organization-wide cybersecurity programs. He provided consultation for the Defense System Information Agency (DISA), Joint Service Provider (JSP) Pentagon, US Cyber Command, the US Army War College, and several other DoD agencies and defense contractors.
Nathan has an M.S. in Information Security and is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), along with several other relevant technical certifications.
Nathan lives in Lancaster, PA, where you can find him playing basketball, raising his five children, taking long runs on the weekend, making homemade oven-fired pizzas, or reading up on the latest industry trends.
Don Geiter, Partner
Barley Snyder
Don is a Partner with Barley Snyder. Don is the chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity Service Team and chair of the firm’s Finance practice. He also serves on the firm’s technology committee and as the firm’s Chief Privacy Officer.
Don first became involved in cybersecurity initiatives while he was a law clerk with the Office of Naval Research, U. S. Department of the Navy, in the late 1990s. Currently, Don advises business clients on a broad range of cyber, tech-related, and privacy matters, including employee and board training, data breach coaching and support, cybersecurity/privacy compliance and auditing, counseling, transactional support and contract review. Don has particular experience advising financial service organizations, healthcare organizations, and managed IT service providers. Don is an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is a member of InfraGard (a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the private sector for the protection of U.S. Critical Infrastructure). Don is a frequent speaker on the topic of cybersecurity and privacy, with recent presentations given to the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Corporate Counsel, PA Manufacturers’ Association and the World Trade Center-Harrisburg.
