Bill Stratton
EOS Worldwide
Bill Stratton brings over 30 years of hands-on leadership experience in fast-growing, entrepreneurial manufacturing companies across Central Pennsylvania. He’s been in the trenches— helping scale a company from $13 million to over $100 million in revenue and helping it evolve from a national player to a global competitor. He knows what it takes to grow a business—and the challenges that come with it.
In 2014, Bill stepped into a turnaround situation with a 90-year-old, family-owned manufacturing firm. He stabilized the business, reignited revenue growth, and guided the company through significant operational and cultural change. But even with the bleeding stopped, he saw a bigger opportunity: to build a foundation for sustainable, long-term growth.
That’s when he discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) through his Vistage group. Bill brought in a Certified EOS Implementer™, rolled up his sleeves with the leadership team, and began the EOS journey. The results were transformational: improved clarity, accountability, and alignment led to a bold business model shift and the launch of a new division. Today, that company is thriving—proof of what’s possible with the right system and structure in place.
Inspired by his experience, Bill became a Certified EOS Implementer™ in 2018. Since then, he has helped over 40 entrepreneurial leadership teams get what they want from their businesses—by implementing practical tools, strengthening team health, and driving real traction.
Bill doesn’t just teach EOS—he lived it. He knows the pressures and decisions business owners face because he’s been there. Now, he’s on a mission to help other entrepreneurs achieve clarity, control, and growth—so they can build better businesses and live better lives themselves.
Will Omlor
EOS Worldwide
Will started his entrepreneurial journey at 24 when he owned and operated a fireplace and chimney service company. A few years after starting the business he found himself stuck- growth was flat, people were not being managed effectively, profit was down, and he was burnt out. That’s when he discovered the book “Traction” and implemented EOS inside of his business. During the next 5 years, the business grew on an average of 25% per year before accepting an offer to sell and merge with another company.
After selling his business, the organization that purchased the company hired a Professional EOS Implementer to help them on their growth journey. While collaborating with the EOS Implementer, Will discovered his true passion of helping entrepreneurial businesses achieve their true potential.
When he is not working with clients, Will is an avid bowhunter, motorcycle enthusiast, disc golfer and father of 3.
