Neha Arnold
CEO of Sedna Consulting Group
Neha Arnold is the CEO of Sedna Consulting Group, a national technology consulting firm founded in 2004 specializing in AI strategy and governance, cybersecurity, ERP modernization, and workflow automation. Neha works with public and private-sector organizations to move beyond AI experimentation and develop practical, responsible strategies that translate emerging technologies into sustainable business outcomes. A former educator turned management consultant and technology executive, Neha began her career leading federal IT modernization initiatives and pioneering early robotic process automation (RPA) implementations.
Neha is passionate about the human side of technology transformation, helping organizations build the culture, governance, workforce capabilities, and trust needed to adopt AI responsibly. She regularly speaks to industry and public-sector audiences on AI adoption, leadership, governance, and the future of work, and mentors students and emerging technology professionals.

Craig Ritsema
Digital Growth Director- CLA
Craig Ritsema has over 15 years of experience in building customer relationships and driving digital change. He began his career as a Sales Team Leader at a top 3PL, where he managed a team of sales reps and his own book of business. He then transitioned to a ML/AI company, where he helped clients navigate their digital journey through various forms of ML and AI technology, with a focus on IoT Connected Product, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI.
With a strong background in Logistics and Technology, Craig joined the CLA team in early 2024 to drive digital growth in Logistics, Distribution, and Manufacturing.

Taylor Ashy
President- Contigo Strategies
With 12 years of experience leading high-performing teams, Taylor offers expertise in AI & Machine Learning, project management, and GTM positioning across the manufacturing, construction, & commercial services industries. As a business leader, he has a track record of helping organizations translate emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Taylor serves clients who are looking to grow their topline revenue without growing headcount while eliminating inefficiencies. Based in New York City, Taylor holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama and a Master’s in Energy Finance, Risk Management, and Trading from Tulane University.

Jason Fisher

Jason is a seasoned leader, utilizing 20+ years of leadership, execution, and change management experience as an entrepreneur and from Fortune 500 organizations. With experience across various industries, Jason brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his clients, which enables him to challenge the status quo and generate positive change. Before Empirical, Jason served in various leadership roles in multinational companies in the medical devices, professional services, and hospitality industries, where he led large teams and P&L centers.
Beyond work, Jason is committed to serving the non-profit community, volunteering with Compass Pro Bono, and leading nine-month projects for non-profit organizations in strategic alignment and marketing. Jason earned a business degree from Temple University and holds certificates in leadership / critical thinking from the Wharton School of Continuing Education Program and holds a Kaizen Leader certificate from BMS.

John Crognale
Regional Operations Leader- APR Supply Co.
John Crognale is a Regional Operations Leader at APR Supply Co., a wholesale HVAC, plumbing, and PVF distributor headquartered in Pennsylvania, where he oversees branch operations across the region. Over his 20 years with APR, John has led numerous technology initiatives, most recently the company-wide rollout of LeadSmart, an AI-enabled CRM — driving a 70% increase in sales tool adoption and 13% growth in outside sales revenue. John recently completed his Master of Distribution Management through the American Supply Association, where his capstone, The Future of Sales: Embracing AI as a Catalyst for Sales Excellence, examined how AI is reshaping sales strategy in wholesale distribution.

Megan Kalbach

Megan Kalbach is the Founder and CEO of K Marketing Co., a full-service marketing agency based in Mountville, Pennsylvania. Since launching the company in January 2024, Megan has grown it into a team of fifteen, serving small businesses, nonprofits, and first responder organizations locally and across the country.

Eric DiFulvio

With more than a decade of IT leadership behind him, Eric DiFulvio has spent his career driving digital transformation at enterprise-level businesses across IT strategy, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and AI. As Chief Agentic Officer at MCIT, he now brings that experience to small and mid-size businesses, helping them put the right technology in place and get real value from it. His approach is simple: understand the business first, then turn complex technology into practical strategies that move it forward.
Eric holds a degree in Education from Kutztown University and recently completed MIT Sloan’s program on AI: Implications for Business Strategy. His work is backed by numerous IT certifications, including recent Anthropic AI certifications.

Nic Hindle
President- HindlePower
Nic Hindle is President of HindlePower, where he has led the company for six years, strengthening its position as a leader in DC power systems for the utility industry. The company is based in Easton, PA. Nic also serves as Vice President of the Greater Easton Development Board, supporting local economic and community development. Prior to joining HindlePower, Nic worked at SunEdison, a pioneering solar energy startup, where he designed renewable energy projects that contributed to the early growth of the solar industry.

For GPS directions, please use 274 Student Union Building, 15200 Kutztown Rd, Kutztown, PA 19530
Guests park in the A-2 lot for event. If there is anyone who needs handicap parking they can use the A-1 lot. The rest of the A-1 lot is metered parking which is enforced. Guests can park there only if they’re willing to come out to feed the meter every hour.
Multipurpose Room (MS 218) in the McFarland Student Union Building. The room is on the second floor. When entering the building, it’s easiest to use the entrance by the bookstore. There are stairs in front of you to the second floor and then the room is to the left at the top of the stairs. If you need an elevator walk straight in past the stairs and the elevator is on the back wall. Go to the second floor and the room is in front of you to the right as you exit the elevator.
