Lisa is currently the Program & Member Development Manager for The High Center.  She has been with Elizabethtown College since 2007, working in both the School of Business and Human Resources offices. The High Center, as a nonprofit organization supports family-owned and privately-held businesses with many core services including business best practice surveys, leadership speaker series events and executive peer groups. Lisa welcomes the opportunity to connect business professionals with The High Center for awareness, education and success. She serves as the event planner for all of the High Center Leadership programs throughout the calendar year and is the lead organizer of the annual High Center Business Forum held in March, which recently hosted over 1,400 business executives to the Lancaster Marriott & Convention Center.

Originally from Virginia, Lisa met her husband during college in Charlottesville, Virginia and they moved to Pennsylvania. Lisa earned her degree in Hotel and Travel Industry Management from SouthEastern Academy in Kissimmee, Florida. In her early career, she worked for American Airlines and as a corporate and group specialty travel agent. She later was employed at the Hershey Medical Center in the Orthopedic Department and was a licensed medical transcriptionist and part-time real estate agent for Berkshire Hathaway, until joining the Elizabethtown College community.

Lisa has served on several Elizabethtown College committees, including the Safety Committee and currently serves on the Family Business & Entrepreneurship Education Committee. At the High Center, Lisa serves on the Membership & Marketing committee and she is the Chair of the Events committee. She spent 8 years on the Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren, Nurture Commission board and served one year as Nurture Board Chair.
