John Reed

John T. Reed is a partner with the law firm Barley Snyder. He chairs the Business Law Practice Group. John’s practice is concentrated in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, business start-ups and formations, contract negotiation, and counseling on family-owned business issues such as succession planning and buy-sell agreements. Barley Snyder is one of the founding members and a current corporate sponsor of the S. Dale High Family Business Center at Elizabethtown College.

Roger North

In addition to leading the North Group Consultants, Roger’s role includes the consulting work that he was “born to do.” He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Messiah College and is a graduate of the Excellence in Speaking Institute and Leadership Lancaster.  He has more than 30 years of leadership, management and organizational development experience. He particularly enjoys observing leaders “getting it” with respect to the importance of organizational culture.
