Alan Mulally served as president and chief executive officer of The Ford Motor Company and as a member of Ford’s board of directors from September 2006-June 2014. Mulally led Ford’s transformation into one of the world’s leading automobile companies and the #1 automobile brand in the United States. He guided Ford in working together on a compelling vision, comprehensive strategy and implementation of the One Ford plan to deliver profitable growth for all of the company’s stakeholders.

Prior to joining Ford, Mulally served as executive vice president of The Boeing Company, president and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes and president of Boeing Information, Space, and Defense Systems.  Throughout his career, Mulally has been recognized for his contributions, industry leadership, and service, including being named #3 on FORTUNE‘s “World’s Greatest Leaders”, one of the 30 “World’s Best CEO’s” by Barronsmagazine, one of “The World’s Most Influential People” by TIME magazine and “Chief Executive of the Year” by Chief Executive magazine. He was also honored with the American Society for Quality’s medal for excellence in executive leadership, and the “Thomas Edison Achievement Award”. Mulally is a Museum of Flight Pathfinder and a member of the Automobile Hall of Fame.

Jackie is also an acclaimed speaker and has received an award for Top 5 Leadership Speakers in the US.  She served as a Public Speaking Coach to the US Marine Corps and was a co-founder of the Family Business Institute at the University of San Diego.

Parking: Penn Square Garage, 38 S. Duke Street, Lancaster, PA  17603

Parking Directions:  Follow Duke Street into Lancaster, cross intersection at King Street and the next stop light will be the Penn Square Garage on your right.  Turn right into garage, take ticket from kiosk and bring parking ticket with you. Take 2nd floor covered walkway into the Marriott entrance from parking garage, follow signage down hallway to Upper Main Lobby for registration table to obtain your name tags for entry into the event

Registration Table: Upper Lobby Level – across from Front Desk
Recommendations: Bringing cash or check, if interested in purchasing books from our speakers, $TBD.

After 5:45 pm, bars will remain open until 7:00pm, but will be a cash bar.

Complimentary parking ticket will be given at the registration table with proof of kiosk ticket from the Penn Square garage on Duke Street.

ATM machine will be available in the Main Hotel Lobby, located in the Sundry Shop to the left of the front desk.
