Tim Lapp is Co-Owner and Chief Encouraging Officer of Lapp Electrical Service, Inc., a second-generation family business founded by his father, Manny Lapp, in 1969. Alongside his brother, Greg, Tim helps lead the company with a focus on people, culture, leadership development, and long-term sustainability.
Over the past three decades, Tim has played an active role in growing the family business while navigating the opportunities and challenges that come with family business succession. His leadership philosophy centers on serving others, developing future leaders, and creating organizations where people can thrive both personally and professionally.
A passionate advocate for Lancaster County and its future workforce, Tim has dedicated significant time to mentoring students and emerging leaders through organizations such as the Lancaster Chamber’s Discovering Paths Program and Next Generation Lancaster. He also serves in leadership and volunteer roles with several community and industry organizations, helping strengthen the connection between business, education, and community.
Tim is the author of Shunning to Shining, a memoir that shares his family’s journey from Amish roots to entrepreneurship and explores the power of redemption, perseverance, and legacy.
While he is grateful for the opportunity to lead and serve, Tim considers his greatest success of his life to be his 32-year marriage to his wife, Marisa, along with the gifts of their three grown children and three grandchildren.

Michelle Rondinelli
Kitchen Kettle Foods, Inc.
Michelle Rondinelli is a third-generation co-owner and President of Kitchen Kettle Foods, Inc., and has served in numerous leadership roles throughout Lancaster County and beyond.
Michelle is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and has held leadership positions with Discover Lancaster, the American Cancer Society’s Legacy Ball, and the Lancaster Chamber, where she served as Board Chair in 2020 and completed her service as Past Chair in 2021. She has also mentored emerging leaders through the Chamber’s Women in Business and Discovery Paths mentoring programs.
Michelle currently serves as Chair of the Board of the Economic Development Company of Lancaster County and is a member of the Regional Advisory Board for Truist Bank. She received the Central Penn Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award in 2011 and the Lancaster Chamber’s ATHENA Award in 2024.
Michelle and her husband, Joe, live in Lancaster with their four children.

Roger North
Moderator - North Group Consultants
Roger is founder and former CEO of North Group Consultants. He consults on issues related to organizational health and performance, organizational transition, and executive growth.
Married to Carolyn for over 45 years, they have three children, three in-law children and six grandchildren. He and Carolyn both enjoy reading, hiking and vacationing in their two favorite places-Hilton Head, South Carolina and Ocean City, New Jersey. Roger enjoys playing golf and is an avid reader.
An active community volunteer, Roger currently serves on the Boards of Water Street Mission, the North Foundation, the Wenger Foundation, The MVE Group and The Houck Group. He is past Chairman of Leadership Lancaster and Evangelical Seminary. In addition, he has served the Boards of Family Service of Lancaster County, The Lancaster Symphony Orchestra, The Lebanon Valley Chamber Foundation, The Horst Group, The Kids Trust and Love, INC. of Lancaster County.
Roger holds a B. S. In Business Administration from Messiah College. He is a graduate of Leadership Lancaster and the Excellence in Speaking Institute. His professional experience includes over 45 years in organizational development, leadership and sales.
In 2019, Roger was honored by the Lancaster Chamber as “Small Business Person of the Year.” Scouting America Pennsylvania Dutch Council recognized Roger as their “Distinguished Citizen” Award Winner for 2025.
