Meet Tracy Kile

Marketing & Training Coordinator

Tracy is currently the Marketing & Training Coordinator for The High Center, where she supports marketing and communications, coordinates training opportunities, and assists with events and other initiatives for High Center members and their teams.

Prior to joining The High Center, Tracy worked at Black Rock Christian Camp & Retreat Center in a variety of administrative and communications roles. Her work there included coordinating events, managing registration systems, developing communications and marketing materials, and supporting projects across the organization. She also has experience in education and curriculum development, giving her a strong interest in helping people learn and communicate effectively.

Tracy lives in Lancaster County and enjoys reading, exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and finding new books to add to her ever-growing reading list. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family and discovering new hobbies and interests.
