Scott has more than 25years of experience in results-driven leadership, strategic planning, organizational & leadership development, and innovative problem solving for diverse industries. 

He is passionate about the development of organizations and people and brings high energy to his work—he energizes teams to get results.  An expert problem-solver, Scott specializes in the strategic development of teams and strategies for growth.  Scott is most at home facilitating conversations that reveal the core culture, capacity, and competencies of an organization. He believes that when these three elements are in alignment there is little a team cannot accomplish.

Scott has built high performing teams across diverse industries including banking, telecommunications and energy.  These experiences allow him to work with a variety of organizations and teams to evaluate, select, and enhance business processes to improve overall revenue growth and operational effectiveness. Scott has significant experience in the COO role and understands the unique aspects of managing change at all levels of an organization while keeping customers at the forefront of decision making.

Scott believes in giving back to the community and has served on several committees for the Lancaster Chamber and the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance.    

In addition, he also serves on the Penn State Health St. Joseph Hospital Foundation Board of Directors and the Lititz Public Library Board of Trustees.  Scott volunteers for the United Way of Lancaster County’s Resource Development Committee and served on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and is a past Chair of the annual Lancaster County United Way Campaign.  He served as Honorary Chair for the YWCA of Lancaster’s “Walk A Mile in Her Shoes” event raising awareness and funds for the YWCA’s Sexual Assault and Prevention Center.  He is a facilitator and an Outside Director for the High Center for Family Business at Elizabethtown College.

He and his wife live in Lititz, PA., one of the coolest small towns in America.
