Dick has over 36 years of Retail and Manufacturing management experience including multi-store operations, merchandising, sales management, inventory management, employee relations, and sales and marketing. After a 20 year management career with Sears, Roebuck and Co., Dick became the Divisional President (Stores Division) of The Sherwin Williams Co. and then Divisional President of The American Maize Co.  He went on to become President and CEO of Robertson Factories, a privately held manufacturer of Home Fashion Products, servicing national mass retailers, specialty chains and catalog outlets. Dick is an 1965 graduate of Elizabethtown College and his skills and experience include strategic planning,  financial planning, turnaround management, and organizational restructuring and communication. Dick is married to Pauline Porter since 1963 and has 3 sons and 4 grandchildren. He is a US Navy Veteran serving in submarine service and serving over 14 months in Antarctica with Operation DeepFreese2. He is a life member of the US Naval Institute, National Polar Society, DAV, Amvets, and NRA. His interests include open water scuba, private pilot, fly fishing, hunting, skiing and golf.
