William R. A. Boben, III is a member of the sales and leasing team at High Associates Ltd. As an Associate Broker, Mr. Boben participates in a wide variety of commercial real estate brokerage activities. The focus of his real estate practice is in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties, demonstrating expertise in the areas of higher education, medical office space, development and adaptive re-use. Mr. Boben’s trade area is centered in Lancaster and extends into the York and Harrisburg regions. Prior to joining the High Real Estate Group, Mr. Boben was employed by Coldwell Banker Commercial Division. He began his career with High Associates Ltd. in 1996; received the CCIM designation in 1997; followed by his broker’s license in 2002; and earned his SIOR designation in 2005. In 2007, he was awarded as the Outstanding Commercial Real Estate Practitioner of the Year by his peers at the Lancaster County Association of Realtors. Mr. Boben graduated from Hamilton College in 1985 with a BA in Government and received a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from the University of Richmond in 1990. Mr. Boben’s memberships and participation in real estate industry groups include Board Member of the Commercial Industrial Council (past President), Member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). These organizations represent an international network of the most highly skilled, ethical and productive commercial real estate professionals. Mr. Boben is active in community service as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chapter for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Member Lancaster Rotary Club, and Trustee at First Presbyterian Church. His previous affiliation services include Big Brothers, Board Member for Boys and Girls Club of Lancaster, Board Member for Hands on House Museum of Lancaster, President of the C & I Council, President of the Lancaster Rugby Football Club, and Board Chair for the Lancaster Family YMCA. Bill lives in Lancaster with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys endurance sports and skiing as recreational outlets.
