What If You Lost Everything?

Seth Obetz and Jim Fenton will share the Worley & Obetz story.

Seth Obetz

Seth lives in Manheim, PA, the same town he was born and raised.  He was a 4th generation owner in Worley & Obetz, Inc., a family propane, heating oil and HVAC business.  This is where he learned to drive trucks and fix things at an early age.  Following graduation from Western Maryland College with a BA in Sociology and Business Administration, Seth joined the family business as a truck driver, ultimately becoming General Manager.  He will share his incredible family business story with the group today.

Jim Fenton, will join Seth today.  Jim resides in Lancaster and is an executive coach, leadership development consultant and talent management executive.  He currently leads an entrepreneurial consulting practice.

Best Practice Series Concept

Our members have told us that they would like an effective and efficient way of  learning about and implementing the best practices of family business.  This series will take the High Center on the road so that member employees can attend a two-hour workshop related to a specific subject or best practice.  You and your employees can attend, for free, and learn about the concepts of a best practice, and more importantly, how to integrate it into your company.
