Topic: Relationship Realities and Emotional Maturity in the Family Business
With over 30 years of experience, John Engels has addressed national and international audiences, including Cornell University, Enterprise Worldwide, Japan Family Center and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. His innovative approaches to leadership have been featured in The New York Times, ABC 20/20, Germany’s largest business daily publication Handelsblatt and A Guide for Leaders, his privately-authored book of essays and a 2001 Addy Award winner, among other publications and broadcasts worldwide. Engels will use personal stories, science and coaching demonstrations to discuss immature leadership behaviors and guide participants towards more mature functioning as parents, presidents and partners in their businesses.
