Franco Lombardo is renowned as a speaker and advisor who has coached some of North America’s wealthiest families for almost twenty years. He has previously spoken at The High Center and was one of our highest rated speakers. On September 25 he will be delivering a keynote on “The Impact Entitlement has on Strategic Planning and Thinking in Family Business.” When we think of entitlement, we think of it in the traditional manner: entitlement to material possessions and/or the belief that you deserve to be given something. Franco will have you look at entitlement from a different perspective. He will have you consider how one is entitled to their way of being as a result of their beliefs, judgments and behaviors. He will identify where entitlement comes from and examine how it can get in the way of your strategic planning and succession. He will also show us how to transition from an entitlement culture to a contribution culture.

Topics Covered:

  • Where does entitlement come from?
  • How to identify entitlement
  • The impact entitlement has on the strategic plan
  • How to transition from entitlement to contribution to ensure a smooth strategic plan and succession
